Pacific Rock Cod - also known as Rockfish or Pacific Snapper - are very common along the Pacific coastline with just over 70 different species of this bass-like fish inhabiting these waters. It’s thought that all of the species have a slightly different taste to each other, that they are all firm, lean, and mild flavoured. A favourite among Asian and American cuisines.
